查尔斯·霍默·哈斯金斯(Charles Homer Haskins)，美国历史学家，中世纪史权威。1870年生，幼年即开始学习拉丁文和希腊文。16岁毕业于约翰·霍普金斯大学，后来到巴黎和柏林学习。不到20岁就获得了博士学位，并开始在约翰·霍普金斯大学任教。1892到1902年转到威斯康星大学讲授欧洲史。1902年应聘到哈佛大学，直到1931年因身体状况退休。1937年逝世。在长期的哈佛岁月中，他成为该大学、乃至美国史学界最著名的人物之一。主要著作有：《欧洲历史上的诺曼人》(1915年)、《诺曼社会制度》(1918年)、《大学的兴起》(1923年)、《中世纪科学史研究》(1924年)、《12世纪文艺复兴》(1927年)、《中世纪文化研究》(1929年)。
